The Original Scraper Bike Team & Higher Ground NDC, in partnership with the City of Oakland’s Better Neighborhoods, Same Neighbors program, are ramping up our first bike enrichment program for 2023. The 6-week program for fourth and fifth-graders runs on Wednesdays at Brookfield Elementary.
